About the event
In this kids/baby clothes sewing class led by Kaela Wohl, we will use serger sewing machines to sew knit clothing for babies or kids. I will have several simple patterns to choose from, and lots of fun knit fabrics for mixing and matching. Everyone will be able to finish one clothing item during the class. Even if you've never sewn before I feel confident you'll be able to do it!
No supplies are necessary but you can bring the following if you have them:
A scissors that can cut fabric
Fabric - if you have specific fabric you'd like to use, or an old teeshirt you'd like to upcycle
Serger - if you have your own serger please bring it!
$30 covers supplies, tools, and instruction. You will leave with at least one item by the end! RSVP required in advance.
