Maybe you don't want to sit through an hour-long lecture about Octopuses, but what about 7 minutes?

That's the premise behind our first ever Lightning Lectures, inspired by international events like Pecha Kucha and Nerd Nite. Think of it like a local Ted talk on high speed.

We're inviting a variety of local speakers to talk for just 7 minutes each about something they are deeply passionate about. Sure, you might not be super interested in 19th century baseball, but you can sit through it for a little bit, right??
