About the event
In this 2.5 hr class you will be introduced to a variety of herbal or natural based products that you will learn about making at home, or purchase from reliable sources. Claudia will cover a wide range of useful items; how to make and create some of them yourselves, and assemble a versatile home or travel first aid kit.
This is NOT a first aid class, but rather a chance to learn about various preparations that are worthy of being in a first aid kit or cupboard! We will make a healing ointment in the class, learn basics about making teas, be introduced to useful homeopathic items, and meet some crisis/support remedies made from flower essences.
Come explore new ways to be prepared alongside the common sense items that you may have already in place in your home/ travel kits.
